Ernie Clay Award

To recognize outstanding efforts to support and further the goals of YBAC, the club established an award to recognize a worthy member each year. The award is named for long-time member and Nursery Manager, Ernie Clay, whose contributions to the club were extraordinary in terms of both effort and time.

 

The recipient of each year's award is selected by the Executive Board from a list of nominees and announced at the annual Outdoor Sports Show. While some members continue to contribute in outstanding ways, each Ernie Clay Award recipient can only be selected once. A nominal gift certificate accompanies the award.
